The Department of Health has published a supply issues update for August.
Among the new supply issues identified are:

Injectables

  • Acetylcholine Chloride (Miochol-E) 20mg powder and solvent for irrigation
  • Amikacin 500mg/2ml injection
  • Bufyl (bupivacaine 1mg/ml and fentanyl 2 micrograms/ml) solution for infusion 250ml
  • Emerade 500 microgram and 300 microgram adrenaline auto-injector (AAI) devices
  • Haloperidol 5mg/ml injection
  • Ketalar 200mg in 20ml (ketamine hydrochloride 10mg/ml) injection
  • Labetalol 5mg/mL injection
  • Tobramycin 240mg/6ml injection
  • Phenylephrine 1mg in 10ml (0.1mg /ml) injection

Orals

  • Colestid (colestipol) 5g granules
  • Disopyramide 150mg tablets
  • Physeptone (methadone) 5mg tablets
  • Quinapril 5mg tablets
  • Sinemet 10/100mg tablets
  • Tiagabine tablets
  • Tuberculosis medications

Others

  • BOC Medical Carbon Dioxide
  • Indocid (indometacin) 100mg suppositories
  • Sanofi and Zentiva: distribution issues
