The DDA, in association with generics supplier Accord, has published its November newsletter.

This edition carries an in-depth review of the DDA’s recent 2017 annual conference as well as analysis of the October Category M adjustment.

As always, the newsletter includes free dispenser training: clinical training, with a focus on adding value to patient consultations, covers areas such as menstrual problems, and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).

As pharmacies ramp up efforts to deliver NHS flu vaccinations, the newsletter also includes useful advice on making the most of flu vaccination.

The newsletter is published quarterly thanks to the generous support of Accord (formerly Actavis), and is distributed in printed copy form by Accord  to selected customers.

Newsletter are also available from the Accord Academy website (free registration required) and in our library of executive communications  for visitors to DDA Online to download.
