The DDA has secured a meeting with pharmacy minister Jo Churchill to discuss the implications for dispensing GPs of the community pharmacy reimbursement consultation.

DDA CEO Matthew Isom said: “The DDA had a constructive meeting.  The Association looks forward to working with DHSC officials in order to make progress with the drug reimbursement consultation and the implementation of EPS and the FMD.”

In response to a recent parliamentary question from York Outer Conservative MP Julian Sturdy, the minister pledged that, in light of consultation responses including from the DDA, the published impact assessment supporting the consultation document would be updated.
