NHS Digital is planning to interview Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) users to gain feedback to improve the medicines prescribing and supply process.

Prescribers and dispensers are invited to complete an initial survey and a consent form for those interested in taking part in user research over the coming months. In most instances this will consist of a 1-2-1 remote interview, said NHS Digital.

“We will be approaching the user research in stages so you might not be contacted straight away but please know that we aim to speak to a large number of users in the coming weeks and months, whilst we conduct a piece of discovery work about EPS.”
