The  Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) medicine supply team has published its June supply issues update. New issues include:

Injectables   

  • Diamorphine 5mg injection (Accord and Wockhardt)
  • Voriconazole 200mg injection (Pfizer)

Orals

  • Actiq (fentanyl) lozenges 200mcg or 400mcg strengths
  • Ammonaps (sodium phenylbutyrate) 940mg/g granules (SOBI)
  • Bezalip (bezafibrate) 200mg tablets (Teva)
  • Cardura (doxazosin) XL 4mg and 8mg tablets
  • Constella (Linaclotide) 290microgram caps (Allergan)
  • Heminevrin (clomethiazole) 192mg capsules
  • Hypovase (prazosin) 0.5mg tablets:
  • Megace (megestrol) 160mg tablets (SOBI)
  • Ovranette (ethinylestradiol 30 mcg/levonorgestrel 150mcg) tablets (Pfizer)
