Law firm Hill Dickinson has published information on the practical workforce considerations of Primary Care Networks.

In the article, the legal team note that the impact PCNs will have on issues such as recruitment and retention is “yet to be seen… the ability to simply ‘add’ the necessary volume of GPs to the ‘pot’ is not that easy to achieve.”

The article, and a link to the GPC’s PCN guide to Network agreement schedules, have both been added to the DDA’s member-only PCN resource page.
