Registration is now open for the DDA Annual Conference 2019, taking place at the NEC Birmingham, on October 9-10.
The theme of this year’s conference is ‘Dispensing – aiming for excellence’. Leading speakers will be carefully hand-picked to provide dispensing practice GPs, managers and dispensers with all the practical tips and hints they need to meet the increasing demands and quality standards of their patients and the modern NHS.
A provisional conference programme will see presentations from pharmacy representatives updating delegates on progress in the DDA’s joint reimbursement negotiations, as well as opportunities to ask your practical dispensing questions to a panel including DDA Board members Dr Philip Koopowitz, Mark Stone (practice pharmacist partner) and dispensary manager Jacinta Edgar.
DDA members are advised to bookmark the DDA’s conference page, where updates will be published.
This year, DDA Board Members expect to welcome hundreds of visitors to our conference making the DDA Annual Conference the premier networking event for dispensing practice staff, as well as the go-to event for expert advice, inspiration and support in all dispensing practice matters.
400 education bursaries have been reserved for the first dispensing GPs and dispensing staff to sign up for the conference, which again takes place alongside the Best Practice and Best Practice in Nursing conferences and exhibition.
