Alert: betamethasone valerate 0.1% ointment

Manx Healthcare Ltd has issued an alert relating to one batch of betamethasone valerate 0.1% ointment   

The affected batch is  

The problem relates to the tamper-evident seal on the outer carton, which may be missing or deformed on some packs. Product quality is not affected and packs from this batch may be dispensed.
