One batch of Evorel Sequi is being recalled by supplier Theramex as affected packs contain the incorrect combination of Evorel 50 and Evorel Conti patches.

Correct packs contain four of each patch.
Healthcare professionals are asked to quarantine all remaining stock and return it to your supplier using your supplier’s approved process.
If a patient presents with the incorrect patches, a new prescription for a replacement pack will be required.
Patients who are exempt from prescription charges or who have an HRT pre-payment certificate will not incur any additional costs. For other patients the prescription charge will apply; patients may contact the Defective Medicines Reporting Centre (Email: dmrc@mhra.gov.uk; tel: 020 3080 6574 (8:45am to 4:45pm Monday to Friday).
Patients who may have received the impacted batch of Evorel Sequi should check for the correct number of patches, and if affected, contact their practice for replacement.
