Accord Healthcare Limited, UK has advised of missing PIL and SPC information in four batches of levetiracetam Accord 100mg/ml oral solution.
The affected batches are:

Various sections of the PIL and SPC are affected. These are listed in the appendix of this notice.
Affected batches are not being recalled. Dispensary staff are asked to signpost new patients on these medicines to the missing safety information. Updated PILs are available from Accord or online from:
