Lexon UK Ltd has advised of missing Patient Information Leaflet (PIL) in two batches of Lexon UK Ltd moclobemide 150mg tablets
The affected batches are:

Lexon UK Ltd has confirmed that 326 packs of the affected batches are already distributed in the market. The missing information from the PIL relates to sections:
