Alert: Strides loperamide hydrochloride

Strides Pharma UK Ltd is recalling one batch of loperamide hydrochloride as a precautionary measure due to an out of specification result for microbial contamination, reported during retesting.

The affected batch is: 

Only the batch specified in the table, a prescribed loperamide product, is known to be affected.

Healthcare professionals are asked to quarantine all remaining stock and return it through your supplier’s approved process.
