Alert: Zaditen 0.25 mg/ml, eye drops, solution

Laboratoires Théa has recalled one batch of Zaditen 0.25 mg/ml, eye drops, solution (ketotifen fumarate) due to potential microbial contamination.

This is a precautionary measure identified in environmental monitoring during manufacturing. Healthcare professionals are asked to quarantine all stock and return it to your supplier using your supplier’s approved process. No further action is required by patients.
