April Drug Tariff updates

Two price concessions granted in March 2026 in England and Wales have rolled over to April 2026.

In addition:

There are four additions to the March concessions.
Some 32 reimbursement prices for Jan-Mar have been redetermined.

Community Pharmacy England suggests these offset £356,000 in losses for community pharmacy contractors.

For Scottish dispensers, Community Pharmacy Scotland has published an initial list of adjusted prices for April.
