GP teams are reminded to keep their registered prescribers accurate and up-to-date, and to use the correct prescribing code to reduce unidentified prescribing.

The April edition (Issue 55) of NHS BSA Hints and Tips advises that to register prescribers at your GP practice, you must notify your authorised signatory which will be Primary Care Support England (PCSE), your Integrated Care Board (ICB) or an agency acting on their behalf.
