Eli Lilly and Company (Lilly) in agreement with the Medicines and Healthcare product Regulatory Agency (MHRA) has announced an extension to the shelf-life of Mounjaroâ–¼ (tirzepatide) 2.5mg KwikPen® from 9 months to 14 months for the following batches (only):

The affected Mounjaro batches will not be re-labelled, but will be inserted into a sealed clear plastic bag with a letter advising the patients to use the new expiry date.
