Opportunity to raise concerns about lack of rural proofing

NHS England is inviting dispensers to take part in research relating to the Electronic Prescription Service.

The aim is to understand more about the use, and potential use, of EPS to inform future developments.

In most instances, the research will consist of a one-to-one remote interview.

The DDA's position is that EPS functionality in dispensing practice should be funded by the NHS to ensure that dispensing practices and their patients can take advantage of, and contribute equally to, the efficiencies raised by the system.
