NES’s National Centre for Remote and Rural Health and Care is conducting a survey about rural leadership.
Rural Leadership refers to the ability to guide, influence and support rural healthcare systems, teams and communities to provide services, strategic vision and advocacy.
Multidisciplinary teams working in primary care services in Scotland are invited to comment on their requirements for the development of rural leadership course/s.
The survey will take around five minutes to complete.
