Humulin^® I (insulin isophane human) 100units/ml suspension for injection 10ml vials: discontinued. Supplies to be exhausted by the end of April.
Humulin^® M3 (insulin isophane biphasic human 30/70) 100units/ml suspension for injection 10ml vials: discontinued. Supplies to be exhausted by the end of May 2026.
Humalog^® Mix25 (insulin lispro biphasic 25/75) 100units/ml suspension for injection 10ml vials: discontinued. Supplies to be exhausted by the end of May 2026.
Humulin^® S (insulin soluble human) 100units/ml solution for injection 10ml vials
Hypurin^® Porcine Isophane (insulin isophane porcine) 100units/ml suspension for injection 10ml vials: discontinued with supplies anticipated to be exhausted by the end of September

Hypurin^® Porcine Neutral (insulin soluble porcine) 100units/ml solution for injection 10ml vials: discontinued with supplies anticipated to be exhausted by mid-February 2026
Hypurin^® Porcine 30/70 Mix (insulin isophane biphasic porcine 30/70) 100units/ml suspension for injection 10ml vials: discontinued with supplies anticipated to be exhausted by end of July 2026, respectively.
Isosorbide mononitrate 10mg immediate release tablets: limited supply until early September 2025.
