October drug tariff updates

There are updates to both tariffs for October:

DHSC has published a fourth update to the initial list of concession prices for October.

This update increases one price and adds 32 items.

NHS Scotland has made 10 further changes to the Scottish tariff: three new prices and seven increased prices

DDA members can download fully updated spreadsheets of all October concession/adjusted prices.
