Alert: Synalar Gel 30g and 60g

Seven batches of Synalar Gel 30g and 60g are being recalled in a precautionary measure. This is due to excessive (2ppm) levels of a residual solvent (benzene) 2ppm in some of the affected batches.

Supplier Reig Jofre UK advises that due to this recall, there will be a temporary shortage of Synalar Gel for an unspecified period.

Healthcare professionals are asked to quarantine all remaining stock and return it to your supplier using your supplier’s approved process. No further action is required by patients.
