One batch of posaconazole biocon 100mg gastro-resistant tablets is being recalled following routine stability testing.

Testing has revealed out of trend result for unspecified impurities. The recall is precautionary as the batch is likely to be out of specification before the expiry date.
Healthcare professionals are asked to quarantine all remaining stock immediately and return it to your supplier using your supplier’s approved process. No further action is required by patients.
Healthcare teams are also advised of an alert for one batch of clobazam Atnahs 5mg/5ml oral suspension, due to missing information in sections 4.3-8 in the PIL.
