Strandhaven Limited T/A Somex Pharma has advised of a printing error affecting one batch of Sildenafil 100mg Film-coated Tablets.
The affected batch is

Mislabelled packs indicate 8 tablets. However, all affected cartons contain just one blister strip of four tablets.
Packs are not being recalled.
medac GmbH (t/a medac Pharma LLP) is recalling four batches of dacarbazine 100mg, 200mg and 500mg powder for solution for injection vials. This is due to a pink discolouration after reconstitution, caused by a degradation product of dacarbazine. Affected batches should be quarantined.
