Somatropin and glucagon supply notices

Supply problems running into 2024

DHSC has issued a tier 2 medicine supply notification (MSN) for oxybutynin 5mg MR tablets, which are out of stock until early April 2024.

There are also updated tier 2 medicine supply notifications for:

• Somatropin  (Genotropin MiniQuick) 0.6mg powder and solvent for solution for injection pre-filled disposable devices, 1.4mg powder and solvent for solution for injection pre-filled disposable devices and Somatropin (Genotropin GoQuick) 5.3mg powder and solvent for solution for injection pre-filled, multi-dose pens - in limited supply until at least w/c 12 February 2024.
• Glucagon 1mg powder for injection kit (GlucaGen) - intermittent supplies until the end of March 2024.
