Funding of £20 million has been announced to support the development of drone-assisted medical services and internet connectivity.

In a statement, secretary of State for Science, Innovation and Technology Chloe Smith said the UK Space Agency would fund companies to develop drone-based medical supplies, and internet access in rural areas.
