Alert: Crescent Pharma ramipril 10mg capsules

Crescent Pharma Limited has recalled one batch of ramipril 10mg capsules due to potential misdosing.

Ramipril 5mg capsules have been found inside one pack of ramipril 10mg capsules. 

The affected batch is:

Dispensary teams are asked to quarantine all remaining stock from this batch and return it to your supplier using your approved process.

Dispensers are asked to contact all patients who have been dispensed the impacted batch and ask them to return it using batch/product traceability information or those dispensed this product between 13 May 2025 and 16 April 2026, prioritising those dispensed the affected batch most recently.
