Special Concept Development UK Limited trading as RxFarma has advised of missing PIL information in three batches of baclofen 10mg tablets.
The affected batches are:

Affected batches are not being recalled. Healthcare teams are asked to make patients aware of the missing information and provide them with an updated PIL.
