Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Europe Ltd is recalling three batches of cyanocobalamin 50mcg tablets as a precautionary measure.
The affected batches are:

The recall is due to out of specification results for unknown impurities during routine stability testing and additional re-testing.
Healthcare professionals are asked to quarantine all remaining stock and return it to your supplier using your supplier’s approved process.
