How much notice do your prescribers take of your dispensary friendly formulary?

That was the question posed to the conference in the last presentation, Plugging the leaks – tools for analysing your dispensing by DDA Board Member Dr Philip Koopowitz.

The presentation gave examples of useful dispensary profitability data available from EPACT as well as advice for prescribers designed to allow dispensers to work to their full potential.

The presentation also included an aide memoire to support better ordering and advice on PAs and VAT.
