Drug Tariff price updated for Naltrexone 50mg tablets

The Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) has re-determined that the reimbursement price for Naltrexone 50mg tablets (28s) will be £82.15 instead of £774.23 as currently set out in July’s Drug Tariff.

“Payment for July’s prescriptions will reflect the above re-determination and hence will not be as per the published Drug Tariff,” NHS Business Services Authority has said.

This new reimbursement price of £82.15 is expected to continue into the August and September Drug Tariffs.
