DHSC has issued two Tier 2 medicine supply notifications for two discontinued items:

Levemir InnoLet (insulin detemir) 100units/ml solution for injection 3ml pre-filled disposable devices: stock exhausted by the end of May 2024
Insulatard InnoLet (insulin isophane human) 100units/ml suspension for injection 3ml pre-filled disposable devices: stock exhausted by the end of May 2024.

A copy of this medicine supply notification, including further information, has been sent to all pharmacy NHS email addresses.
