The Department of Health and Social Care has redetermined the reimbursement prices of Mounjaro Kwikpen from September 2025, to reflect an increase in the NHS list price. The new prices are as follows:

You should note that a change to the reimbursement price will also be applied to branded prescriptions dispensed from September 2025.
The redetermined prices follow a decision taken by Eli Lilly to increase its UK list prices for Mounjaro (tirzepatide) KwikPen from 1 September 2025.
